Hello! Nice to meet you! I am a board-certified, Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in child/teen therapy and improving family communication. I enjoy helping people look at challenges in different ways. I am a member of a certified therapy dog team with my Corgi, Olive. I am also a Global Career Development Facilitator and enjoy coaching people through transitions.

I believe that a counselor’s role is that of a guide. I will walk beside you and learn from you. You are the expert on you! Many times, you have the answers to your challenges and just need help getting “unstuck.” I can help facilitate this process and work with you to identify your needs.

I currently see clients through telehealth, in home, and in person, depending on location. My rates are as follows:

Individual Therapy/PARENT CONSULT: $150 per hour

NEXT DAY CRISIS APPOINTMENTS: $180 PER HOUR

Prior to booking your first appointment, we will review all costs together, and you will have a chance to ask questions.
